We could still do Rally cars using the four premiums:

PCitroŽn CitroŽn C4 WRC '08

PFord Focus RS WRC 07 '08

PSubaru IMPREZA WRC 2008 '08

PSuzuki SX4 WRC '08

They are all fast, fun cars. Easily obtainable and equally designed performance-wise. That would be a simple solution to the PP issue if we wanna wait for the FGT series.

^ The four cars I listed are available in the new car dealership. All others would have to be found. I feel that we should limit the choice to those four, personally. With the Touring cars that we are currently using, the car choice is so vast that it left most of us confused and unable to find the car that best agrees with us. That would also keep the cars equal, as you all can see there are clearly a couple of dominant cars in the Touring class. Just my 2 cents.

Testing last night was great fun, really like most of the ideas we tried. The first two classes we're setting up seem pretty close in performance, though. I'm thinking we use tire compounds to further separate them. Race 1 using Racing hards, race 2 in Racing mediums, race 3 in Softs. Also, matching cars for race one is a good idea, that gives us the ability to use 'reverse grid' for race 2 and put all our quickest drivers in the back. I do really like 'fast wear' and 'full damage' though, I know it was discussed a little last night, but thats my opinion.

One more thought, I'm not convinced that the Mclaren and the R390 belong in the same class with our Race 3 cars. They just seem like a different class of car to me, and I think we still have four or five great cars to chose from without them.

^ I like the looks of that list. I'll be on this evening trying out a few of those that I've never ran before. If we get a few of us on, we could setup a public room and do some recruiting.

Edit: Just pointing out that many of the cars in the list do not go as high as the PP limit set for the classes. I don't think it hurts the Class A (650 pp) cars too bad, but in the Class B (500pp) the Altezza is one of the 2 or 3 cars that can actually reach 500 PP and it seemed to be the faster car in testing. How do you guys feel about switching the classes around, Class C being the Low HP Touring Cars at 470pp, Class B would be the Mazda Roadster at 500pp? We could even raise the limit a little, as I think the Roadster can go a bit higher.

I think all of the Touring cars in the list are tradable, let me know which ones you need. The GT1 class cars are over the trade limit, you'd have to grind a prize ticket to get them. If you want to try for a certain one, we can probally locate a ticket for you.

Of these cars:
S Honda INTEGRA TYPE R Touring Car
S Mazda Atenza Touring Car
S Mazda Mazda6 Touring Car
S Toyota ALTEZZA Touring Car
S Lexus IS 200 GT1 Touring Car
S BMW 320i Touring Car

I only have the S Toyota ALTEZZA Touring Car.

I have a few choices in the LM cars.  What car can you spare?
